Small typo:
It is average price from 50+ bitcoin exchanges across the globe.
Add $ sign to all five options: BTC/USD < $300
$300 <= BTC/USD < $500
$500 <= BTC/USD < $900
$900 <= BTC/USD < $1200
$1200 <= BTC/USD
