Democrats control House of Reps after 2022 Election?

Yes wins if the total number of democrats that are active members of the house of representative is equal to or more than the total number of republican members of the house of representatives after the house of rep elections take place on Nov 8, 2022 and determine winners (i.e. Yes wins if Dems have majority of House of Rep after Nov 2022 election or the same number of house reps as GOP). No wins if the GOP has more members of the house of reps after Nov 2022 election (i.e. if the GOP has majority of house of reps after Nov 2022 election).
