@praine Totally understand your point, however, regardless of what happened after the fact (in this case a rise above $3500), even a technically valid wager made minutes before an early outcome resolution typically gets booted by our mods due to the nature of information asymmetry. It's too long to explain here, but just expect BTC price bets on BetMoose that close early to close up to an hour earlier before the actual minute-outcome.

Also, it wasn't "last minute". It was 11 minutes before it happened, you can see the evidence. In those 11 minutes strong support could've been built at $3500, and my bet could've been ruined. In that case the bet stays, but it's considered a "leech" if I win.

@Avalon It was not assured. Did you see how it instantly reversed once it dipped under? It didn't need to dip under for that to happen, it could've reversed as soon as I made the bet. I bet before it dipped under $3500, and thus the bet is legal according to the rules. There is no anti-leech policy on this bet, or even Betmoose in general.

@praine as you know, we discourage last-minute leech wagers. At the point of your wager, the outcome was mostly assured.

I shouldn't have been refunded, as my comment has the evidence that I placed a valid bet.
