At $0.50 currently. This should be decided.

The decision logic should indicate where the data is gonna come from. I am already assuming that "by August 10th" means on August 10th at 12am (which could also mean 11:59:59 pm). These details really should be specified. If the price doesnt even come close to $.5 it wont be a problem. But if its around the line it could create some controversies.
