Though slightly unclear, the decision logic is explicit in stating that if the majority vote NO then the bet is resolved as YES. This bet's resolution has been changed to reflect that.

What a scam, The decision logic says "The bet resolves as yes if the majority vote is "NO". As reported by CNN." But yet No is selected as the outcome.
