Hillary Clinton charged with misdemeanor or more?

Many have speculated that Hillary Clinton could be charged with one or more serious crimes in connection with running a private email server. For example:

• reckless handling of classified information;
• lying to law enforcement;
• destruction of evidence;
• obstruction of justice.

But there are many other crimes that one could be easily charged with. DUI (drunk driving) is a common one. Running a red light and causing an accident and a death can be vehicular manslaughter.

This bet resolves to Yes if and when it can be verified, either by agreement of all of BBC, CNN, Reuters, and New York Times, or by obtaining a copy of the actual charges as filed with a court of law, that Hillary Clinton has been charged, within the US or a US territory, with any misdemeanor or greater crime (including a felony), whether or not in connection with running an email server, in a federal, state, municipal, or any other court of law with proper jurisdiction.
 
Charges outside the US and US territories do not count.
 
To minimize the risk of insider bets based on leaks, all Yes bets placed later than two weeks before a Yes resolution will be refunded.
