The time will be calculated from the day he took office in Eastern Standard Time and be full days until he either resigns, is removed, dies, or in any way no longer officially the Speaker of the House in United States Congress.

The date given will be through that date. IE If the bet is Nov 25 and he resigns on November 25th you still win, but lose on November 26th. We are using full calendar months so some months may fluctuate in days.
