Decision Logic
Price of Litecoin will be based on the weighted average of all exchanges (to avoid manipulation) based on http://coinmarketcap.com
Price of silver will be based on http://www.kitco.com/charts/livesilver.html
Bet will resolve favorably if there's any point in time on 31st December 2014 when the price of a Litecoin is higher than the price of silver on the same day.
