Medical Marijuana Legal in 25 or More States by 2015

Per Norml.org, at the start of this bet there is currently 22 states that have legalized Marijuana for medical and/or recreational use. Will the total number of states that have legalized marijuana for medical and/or recreational use be at or above 25 states by the end of January 2015?

Per Norml.org the total number of states that have legalized marijuana for personal and/or medical use will be 25 states or more.

This bet resolves as YES if there is 25 states or more legalized.
Resolves as NO if there is less then 25 states legalized.
This bet CAN resolve early.
