Once people realize that PETA is your best option for cloud mining, this will shoot back up. I think people are just hesitant due to the switch to p2pool. Once people see some large dividends paid out in the future, it will rise once again!! And dont forget it shot up to .08 overnight less then a few weeks ago. Shares are cheap now but its not going to last.
