What will the price of bitcoin be at noon on January 1st, 2019? (Central Standard Time)
Decision Logic
Whatever the price is at noon on Jan 1st, 2019 at 12:00 (CST) will be the winner. Coinbase will be used for price verification. No early resolution. Bet will resolve as soon as an outcome is known. Bitstamp will be used for backup in case Coinbase is down.
