Decision Logic

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ripple/ If price goes over $2 at any time before new year the bet resolves as YES. This bet can resolve early. ALL bets made 12 hours or closer to an early outcome time will be deleted. In case of a fork, the highest valued fork will be defined as Ripple.
