The S&P Index is the most followed stock index in the world. It stands at 1,978 at the end of Monday 7/7/14. Will it trespass 2,020 before 4:00 pm Friday, July 18, 2014?
Decision Logic
At any time between 7/7/14 and 7/18/14 at 16:00 EST:
If the S&P Index hits or goes over 2,020, the 'YES' will win.
If the S&P Index remains below 2,020 the entire time, the 'NO' will win.
