The winner is the correct pick from the choices given that is the CLOSEST to the Bitstamp.net price for the day for December 29, 2017 WITHOUT going over. I repeat, the winning wager can not be above the price by even a penny.

If you go to bitstamp.net, and scroll down, you will find a box that reads "Currency Value". If you then select 1 week, you can see a price of the day for all days in the past. The price shown for the day 12/29/17 will be the winning bitcoin value. For example, the bitcoin day price for Dec 16 was 19187.78 and for Dec 17: 18953 and Dec 18: 18940.57. The choices for bet are $1, $15500, $17k and $18500. If you pick $18500 and the price is $18,499.99 YOU LOSE because you were OVER. The closest without going over would have been $17k. A pick of $18500 covers all amounts over $18500 and a pick of $1 covers all amounts up to $15,499.99
