The end of EU no-border treaty in 2015

The Schengen treaty creates a space covering most of the EU countries in which persons can move without any border limitations. The immigrant crisis now threatens this and border controls are sprading across EU. This being practically an infringement of the treaty - will the treaty be changed officially?

Any change to the free-movement part of the schengen treaty counts as fullfilment of this bet, if made before 2.1.2016 (so changes valid from 1.1.2016 also count). This includes temporary changes as well.
