Will an Ethereum ETF be approved by the end of May?

Following the massive success of nine new Bitcoin ETFs, several major Wall Street firms are hoping to get Ethereum (ETH) ETFs approved. The final deadlines are in May. Will the SEC approve ETH ETFs?

YES - one or more ETFs are approved for ETH by the end of May 2024

NO - the SEC refuses to approve any of the ETH ETF applications.

This bet may resolve early whenever the SEC approves one or more applications.

Note, the existing Grayscale trust product is NOT an ETF and does not count; however, if the SEC allows Grayscale to convert the trust to an ETF, that counts as a "YES".

Anti-leech provision: bets made after an approval has already been announced will be refunded.
