Decision Logic

Coinbase will be used for price verification. Early resolution is not possible. "Yes" - bitcoin reaches $9,000 and beyond at noon on Dec 31st. "No" - bitcoin does not reach $9,000 at noon on Dec 31st. Bet runs until December 30th, 2017 and resolves Dec 31st, 2017.
