No = Below 90K
Decision Logic
Above: $90,000 . If the price goes at any moment over $90,000 before Nov 2021 the bets resolve in Above 90K and they win and bet resolvers early with the bets made one week before reimbursed (leech protection) as customary on BetMoose
Below $90,000 means that the price never went over $90,000 before 30th Nov 2021
Coinbase will be used as a reference, KRAKEN as an alternate reference.
