Will Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed as a SCOTUS by the Senate?

Decision Logic

Kavanaugh must be approved by a simple majority vote (51 votes) of the Senate. If he is approved by the Senate than the bet resolves as "Yes." If he is not approved by the Senate than the bet resolves as "No." Confirmation comes from official news source; CNN, NYT, CSPAN. Early resolution is possible. If voting occurs before betting deadline than bets placed 24 hours before voting will be refunded. If undecided by the outcome date, bets will be refunded.

Even though Kavanaugh wasn't confirmed with an actual 51 votes he was still confirmed with a majority vote. I'm resolving this as "Yes Kavanaugh Confirmed."
