Will Catalonia vote for independence from Spain 1.Oct?

Catalan independence referendum is scheduled on October 1.
Referendum goes against Spain's constitution which states country is indivisible.
Will Catalonia vote for independence from Spain on October 1?

The regional Catalan government results will be the source.
More votes for YES then NO, means YES.
More votes for NO then YES, means NO.

Extra condition because police can block voting places.
Minimum 1 million people has to vote to accept results.

If more then 1 million people vote, we will accept official results.
If less then 1 million people vote, refund is the only option.
