Description
Will Mexican drug lord, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman escape again from custody? He has escaped twice before.
Decision Logic
Escaping from any entity holding him, for any amount of time, whether that's Mexican custody or American custody. If at any point during 2016 he escapes, the bet will be confirmed as "yes." If he does not escape, then the bet will resolve as a "no."
