Will Michigan Governor Rick Snyder resign over the Flint, Michigan water crisis before the end of 2016?
Decision Logic
If Gov. Snyder announces his resignation, the bet will resolve as a "yes." If he does not announce his resignation before the end of 2016 then the bet will resolve as a "no." Early outcome is possible and will resolve with the Governor's announcement. The announcement must come for a reputable source.
