What do you mean by reptilian? All oviparous, viviparous, ovoviviparous? All parthenogenetic species? What about non-carbon based space lizards? I am expert on humans (have dissected thousands of them) and I would bet that Hillary does not belong to that category, but the decision logic is pretty amphibious.
