Decision Logic

If Ryan announces a run for US Presidency then the bet resolves as "Yes." If he does not announce a run then bet resolves as "No." Early resolution is possible. Bets placed 48 hours before official announcement will be refunded. Official announcement comes in the form of official social media accounts, broadcast tv announcement stating his official running for Presidency. Outcome date is 8/27/2018.
