Decision Logic
If Trump grants any sort of pardon (written or verbal) or clemency to Flynn then the bet resolves as a "Yes." The pardon can be for any sort of crime. If Flynn is not granted a pardon then the bet resolves as "No." Early resolution is possible. Betting deadline is July 4th, 2018. Reputable news source such as NYT/NBC/CNN confirms. Bets placed 24 hours before pardon will be refunded.
