Due to the sexual misconduct allegations against Roy Moore, will he step out of the race before election night, Dec. 12?
Decision Logic
Roy Moore must withdraw from the race no later than a day before the election, Dec. 11 for this to resolve as YES. If somehow congress forces him out by then, this will still resolve as YES. Otherwise, this will resolve as NO.
