Description
SegWit voting started 14 days ago and it has got 25% already. Will it get 95% and lock-in before April 2017?
Decision Logic
If SegWit voting 'locks-in' before April, 1, 2017, the bet resolves as YES. In all other cases it resolves as NO.
If it will lock-in before betting deadline, all bets that were made 14 days before it locks-in will be refunded.
