Will the BearWhale leave? (better version)

As you probably heard there is a bearwhale beached on the Bitstamp order book. Will he disappear soon?

If in the next 48 hours there is no sell wall on any of the following exchanges: btc-e, bitstamp, or bitfinex for a period of 8 hours or longer, this bet will resolve as "Yes". If within the next 48hrs there still exists a large sell wall, or the wall is intermittent (comes and goes without an 8hr gap), the bet resolves as "No".
 
A sell wall is defined as large ask volume of 2000 BTC or greater. Note that if the wall is reduced to less than 2000 BTC remain for 8hrs+, this bet resolves.
