Decision Logic
YES if the price is strictly below $1700 at any point between now and UTC 00:00 January 1st, using the Bitstamp exchange as the point of reference. NO if the price never goes below $1700 during the time period. All "YES" bets within 7 days of the "YES" outcome will be refunded.
