Will the price of Bitcoin reach $5000 or $4500 first?

Decision Logic

(1) The bet will be resolved early if the price of Bitcoin reaches $5000 or $4500 before the 'Outcome Date'.
  
(2) If the price of Bitcoin does NOT reach $5000 or $4500 before the 'Outcome Date' then the 'Neither' option will be resolved as the winning bet.
  
(3) CoinMarketCap's Bitcoin chart and UTC will be used to determine the winning outcome.
  
(4) Any bet submitted after the betting deadline will be disqualified and refunded.
