Decision Logic

YES if the price is strictly below $5000 at any point between now and UTC 00:00 August 1st, using the Bitstamp exchange as the point of reference. NO if the price never goes below $5000 during the time period. In case of Bitcoin fork and chain split "Bitcoin" is the most valuable bitcoin chain.
All "YES" bets within 7 days of the "YES" outcome will be refunded.
