The current price of WTI crude oil is $53.18 US Dollars. Will the price of crude WTI oil surpass $60 by the end of May, 2017?

Decision Logic

A "yes" result will be decided if the price of WTI crude oil surpasses $60 at any point between the beginning of this bet and the end of May 2017. If the price does not rise above $60, the result will be "no".
The data used to decide the result will come from http://oilprice.com/ .

*Please note the price is for WTI crude and not Brent crude, they are different and have different prices (very close though). Check http://oilprice.com/ for both prices.
