Will there be an Inauguration on Jan 20th?

Officially, the inauguration of the next President of the United States is scheduled for Wednesday the 20th of January, 2021 in Washington DC.
However, this election has been proven to be far from the ordinary.

So will there actually be a new president been sworn in?
Or will, for whatever reason, the inauguration be cancelled?

YES-The next president is sworn in, may it be Biden, Trump or anybody else. If the inauguration is held as a virtual inauguration or without public attendence, this bet also resolves yes, as long as it happens on Jan 20th.
NO-There will be noone sworn into office of the President of the United States on this day. This may be for any reason, may it be cancelled or postponed due to COVID, military law, investigations, court decisions or other.
