Andreas Antonopoulos Ice Bucket Challenge

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is an event which involves dumping a bucket of ice water on one's head to promote awareness of the disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and encourage donations to research.
  
Andreas - I challenge you! As per the challenge rules, you have 24 hours to respond! Once you do it, report back on whether the ice water is colder on your head than BitLicenses are on innovation.

A video link must be posted in the comments of Andreas completing the ice bucket challenge (ie having ice water dumped on top of him). Alternatively, Andreas must officially report having donated $100 to ALSA.org.
 
Either of the above resolve the bet as Yes.
