Will Donald Trump or Joe Biden concede defeat within two weeks of Election Day?
Decision Logic
This bet will resolve to YES if either Donald Trump or Joe Biden concedes that a candidate other than himself has won the 2020 general election for US President, before or on November 17, 2020.
YES means that one of the candidates has issued an unconditional public concession (in a video or tweet) OR that an unconditional phone concession to the other candidate has been reported by reliable news sources (CNN and the New York Times). The bet will resolve early if YES conditions are met.
