Description

Trump has dominated the talking time of debates so far - can his trend continue?

Decision Logic

Resolves YES if Trump has more talking time than every other candidate in the debate.
Resolves NO if any candidate has more talking time than Trump or if Trump does not participate.

Because this is a CNBC debate, official talking time will be taken from a CNBC report.
