Yes wins if Joe Biden's approval rating on May 31, 2021 is 52% or higher, as reported in the "Daily Presidential Tracking Poll" on the RasmussenReports website (currently found at https://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/biden_administration/biden_approval_index_history). If that link is down, Biden's "Daily Presidential Tracking Poll" for May 31, 2021, posted anywhere on RasmussenReports' website on May 31 will determine outcome. But if RasmussenReports fails to confirm Biden's Daily Pres Tracking Poll number for May 31 anywhere on its website by 1159pm on May 31, bet resolves in favor of No (i.e. resolves in favor of No even if Biden's Daily Pres Tracking Poll Numbers prior to, or after, May 31 are 52% or higher).

@GarySpivey this is a sleezy way of trying to pull a 'No' outcome. We are looking to resolve AN outcome based on the intent of the bet, not a holiday technicality that matches the logic. As the holiday would have been known about ahead of time, this would qualify it for cancellation based on 'known outcome' before the bet was even made.
