Prop resolves in favor of Yes if a federal court enters an order dismissing pending case against Michael Flynn on or before August 1, 2020. Wagers not taken after June 5, 2020.

Michael Flynn is currently facing charges in case (1:17-cr-00232) which is going through and may in the future go through the appeals courts. This prop resolves in favor of Yes if a federal court (district court, circuit court, supreme court) enters an Order dismissing Flynn case (or its appeals) on or before August 1, 2020. Pardon does not negate dismissal if it occurs first. Wagers not taken after June 5, 2020.
