Update: We will allow this prop to stay open in the case that the actual outcome is different and/or if Trump ends up being compelled to be there or issues a different statement. If Trump is indeed not there and no other events occur in the interim, we will push this resolution back to yesterday in the interest of fairness to the earlier bettors.

@grolsch it's an open market - the odds will fluctuate right up to close based on the weight of voting in each category. All money bet on the loosing outcomes is divided among the people who bet on the winning outcome: adjusted somewhat by the time multiplier (so earlier bets on the "right" outcome win a greater propotion)
