FOR NO TO WIN-
Donald Trump must not attend the inauguration ceremony.

"Attendance" is being physically present either being sworn in, sitting with fellow former presidents, or sitting somewhere in the physical audience. "Absence" would be not being in attendance for any reason, including death or illness.
