Will Gambit allow cash prizes again in 2016?

You may have heard of Gambit.com. They allowed Bitcoin wagering on skill games up to March 2015, when they removed that option and gave out cash prizes for how well you ranked on the leaderboard and you could cash that out for Bitcoin. Recently (Feb 1, 2016) they put cash prizes on hold until "[they] can iron out and clarify the legal climate in all 50 US states and other countries where Gambit is offered". Do you think they will allow cash prizes again this year?
