If Hillary Clinton wins the election as President will Donald Trump concede?
Merriam Webster dictionary defines "concede" as: "to accept as true, valid, or accurate."

Decision Logic

There are three options for this bet-
1. Yes: He concedes. This concession will be marked with his acknowledging and validating Hillary as the rightful winner of the election.
2. No: He does not concede. And He does not acknowledge/accept the results.
3. If Trump wins, then the bet will resolve as "Neither."
The bet will resolve when one of these options are made known.
