Trump sent a letter cancelling the planned summit in Singapore--but both sides have hinted they would still like to meet. Will it happen before the end of July 2018?

Decision Logic

This bet will resolve as Yes if President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un physically meet (speak to each other in person) at any time before the end of July 2018 (UTC). If for any reason there is disagreement among major news outlets about whether such a meeting took place (for instance, if some papers report that they met in secret) the bet will resolve as No.
