Description
Bet wins if Donald Trump grants pardon commutation, or clemency to Paul Manafort by the end of this Presidency.
Decision Logic
Clemency sufficient for Yes to win will be considered to have been granted only if Paul Manafort name appears on the official list maintained on the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of the Pardon Attorney website (https://www.justice.gov/pardon/clemencyrecipients) on or before Jan 25, 2020 for any duration of time. Bets placed on the day that the pardon, commutation, or clemency is first announced on mainstream news will be cancelled.
