Will President Trump testify under oath to Congress? Either the House or the Senate.

Decision Logic

If Trump does testify to Congress (either the House or the Senate) regarding any matter or issue then the bet resolves as "Yes." If Trump does not testify then the bet resolves as "No." If Trump schedules/confirms a date for testimony then bets placed 12 hours before official confirmation will be refunded. Official news source or Trump's official social media confirms. Bet will run until Dec 1st. Early resolution is possible.

@pelican95 This applies to open or closed hearings. As long as there is some sort of report about his "testifying" or "testimony" from people who were present whether media or congressmen. I highly doubt he could plead fifth to every single question. But you never know with Trump! Technically that could also be considered testimony, so yes.

Does this cover only open hearings? And what's the deal if Trump shows up (maybe after being compelled by subpoena) but pleads the fifth?
