The candidate that wins 270+ Electoral College votes at the 2020 presidential election will be settled as winner. Any subsequent events will have no effect on the settlement of this market.

If no candidate wins 270+ Electoral College votes, we wait and the person chosen as President will be settled as winner.

If Trump or Biden are replaced as candidates for any reason before the election this proposition will be settled as a Republicans vs Democrats proposition.

The resolved decision needs to be reversed January 6 2021 isn't far there won't be any complaints after that date as the president will either be elected or selected as per the decision logic

There is zero doubt about that. It is a disaster. However, the lying media will never allow this to be overturned. They will never allow you to think the election was a fraud. Even if it was, it is not in their interest or the interest of anyone getting rich off politics or sitting as a judge in a court. Trump is an ego-maniac conspiracy theorist and the elections were perfect is an easier sell and good for business.

If fraud is found in any 3 of the contested states, it will go to a contingent election which is highly in Trump's favour. It may seem like a stretch but if significant fraud is found even in one state the likelihood that it occurred in others is great, and if determined so by the court (or even decided by enough legislators, congress, or even VP Pence), electors can be rejected which forces a contingent election.

As @Avalon previously commented "The host has not put in an outcome on this prop yet. It would be fair to hold these props open until the EC votes are announced Jan 6th. Hopefully everything is naturally settled by then and we will have a clear, undisputed winner."
Given that this is the case, I expect this bet to remain unpaid until January 6th. Given that "fraud vitiates everything", it's quite possible that we end up with 1 vote per state on the 6th. Trump wins that.
